I highly recommend Dr Eller. She helped me with chronic daily migraines for years and finally referred me to MUSC for Botox injections. Though I had tried Botox four previous times with four other doctors, Dr Mimi Sohn explained that it would take a year of treatment for Botox to take effect. I have been almost migraine free since that year ended. In addition, Dr. Eller helped my husband’s chronic back pain with injections. Finally she recommended a spinal stimulator, which actually did help. However, meanwhile, he had several back surgeries which did not relieve his pain, and he contracted an e-coli infection during the first of these surgeries.This was what killed him in the end so obviously not recommended! Dr Eller was so supportive during all of this, and I’ll never forget her kindness.

Excellent bedside manner. Very kind and listens to all you have to say. Explains pain management plan well. She and her staff are extremely professional and go out of their way to accommodate your needs. First rate!

Listens and creates a personalised Pain Management approach. I greatly appreciate the care I receive from Dr Karen Eller at the Palmetto Pain Center, and from her entire staff. Dr. Eller and her staff are absolutely fantastic! Today I had my first ever injection in my lower back and was somewhat apprehensive but they made me as comfortable as possible! I highly recommend them !! Thanks Dr.Eller, Rachael and Hanna for your professionalism!! and joking around 😊

Most important...she listens and hears what you are saying. Obviously knows what she is doing. Managed my pain. Office staff good as well.

I went to Dr Eller for chronic back pain. I can now call her my guardian angel! i was to the point of being in a wheelchair until i saw her. I was skeptic of what pain managment was at first but she has really helped me get relief and my life back. She is very professional and kind. Her staff was very nice and helpful. i highly recommend her if you are truely in pain, she obviously doesnt put up with drug abuser by how professional she is.

Wow, I can't beleive some of the comments on here! I have been going to Dr. Eller for years, she is the ONLY doctor in the lowcountry that would listen to me! She has a very curtious staff and they do there best to get you in asap. She will try everything to make you feel better and will try all methods of pain management from pain medicine to Yoga! I highly recommend her and hope she stay in practice for a long time.

Dr. Eller has been an answer to my prayers in releaving many years of neck and lower back problems. She spends an appropriate amount of time with a patient and carefully diagnoses the problem before offering solutions. Her staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend her to all of my family, friends and business associates.

Dr. Eller has treated me for multiple sources of chronic pain over the last 5 years. Treatment has ranged from trigger point injections, spinal injections, pain patch. Dr. Eller and Staff have always been courtious, professional, understanding. I would not hesitate to reccomend her to anyone seeking control of chrinic pain.

My experience with Dr Eller have been wonderful. She has treated both myself and now my husband! she has a great personality and talks to you and explains things to you. I would recommend her very highly!
