There are physicians and there are health care providers. Dr. Baxley is a healer. Healers are gentle, kind and compassionate, as well as, clinical experts who are well versed in their field of expertise. He is indeed both.

I found myself in the Beaufort Memorial Hospital Emergency Unit for the first time in my long life with a critical issue that Dr. Baxley addressed with obvious experience and competence. In addition, he was most amiable (considering that it was 3 AM) and put me at ease immediately. Needless to say, I am grateful that he was performing emergency services on the night that I needed him.

My visit today (01-02-2020) at the BMH was very good because of Dr Baxley. He is a definition of what a doctor means regarding a doctor-patient relationship. He is professional, listen and ask questions very attentively, have this warmth look in his face and a bright smile. As soon I saw him I recognized him from my past experience and I know I was in good hands and could be at ease, trusting the whole process. My 5 star ER visit in Dec 2019 was a very positive experience in part due to Dr Baxley's positive demeanor, his medical honesty, and warm interpersonel skills and his applied knowledgeable medical skills. I would definitely see him again as my ER medical/private physician.
