It says in his ad avg wait time is 15 -30 minutes....try after 2 full hours, most of it dilated in a small closed door room....he sticks his head and says (as if I'm you're lucky) "you're next"...arrogance, gluttony (overbooking to the nth degree) and smugness all combined in one awful dentist...and then after indicating displeasure with the abnormally long wait he tries to counter with "Oh we were still on vacation time'.....never ever again

Absolutely a positive experience to include office staff. Dr. Seigal is very professional & gets the the diagnosis pretty quickly. He is also is very cordial. My husband& I see him regularly & we both think he is top notch!

We have been patients of Dr Siegel for approximately 15+ years. He is a very skilled doctor and eye surgeon, but just as important he is a humble, kind, caring individual. He loves his patients and we enjoy seeing him. The only minus is that it is sometimes difficult scheduling appointments, but that will happen at any sought after doctor’s office.

Im sure he's a fine doctor. Wouldnt know though cause i couldnt get past the rude staff. Called the office and they told me to go somewhere else... Even though they themselves specialize in cataracts. Whoever lets that woman pick up the phone should be ashamed of themselves. Beaufort Eye was kind though!

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with my cataract surgery done by Dr. Seigel! He has the best bedside manner and you can tell he is genuine! He explains things to you in depth. I am so very happy and think he is the best!

Dr. Siegel is an extraordinary professional who truly cares about the well being of his patients. He takes the time to explain procedures and discuss options. One day I realized I wasn't seeing well and panicked. Based on a friend's recommendation I called Dr. Siegel's office and explained my concerns. They got me in within hours. Exceptional care was provided before, during and after cataract surgery. Dr. Siegel has a gift and his patients reap the benefits.
