They really help me through everything I was going through

You can never get anyone on the phone

Take 5sec to look at an ID.Workers here handed my Mom's ID, and insurance card off to the wrong person. When we asked them about it, the woman started an argument over it. Once finding out she had indeed messed up, no apology or anything was given. Had to sit and wait for the woman to return with my mom's stuff for about half an hour. PAY ATTENTION!!!

Well I had an appointment at 4 was gonna be my second appointment with them, my first visit wasn't good anyways but... the lady at the desk tells me I had a balance of$150 plus from my first visit, then in the same sentence tells me my first visit was on their sliding scale an was $30.00 Um then how do I have a balance of $150.00 this is why young people are out here dying young. It was bad enough when the Dr doesn't show a ounce of concern for her patients but if I could afford all that I would definitely go to a Dr that showed care and compassion!! They blew my phone up wanting me to go to a councilor but let's not care about my thyroid or knots in my neck or the fact that half my leg feels permanently asleep... do better

Take really good care of their patients.

The gentleman at the front door acts like he is always tired and he needs to speak up. You can barely hear what he says. He doesn't seem to want to be there.

Nurse Harvey is amazing. She has always gone above and beyond to get me the referrals to help treat my condition. She listens well and takes time to answer questions and explain things. She is also very non-judgmental. She has also been excellent when filing various paperwork for disability. Not many healthcare providers go that far. I have seen dozens and dozens of physicians (most of them far better paid and with far better bonus packages than Nurse Harvey) and she has been better and more kind, knowledgeable, and professional than any of them.

Very helpful and informative. The pharmacy staff is great!

I was nervous about going here because of the reviews but we gave it a shot.When we first arrived there is a station where they check your temp and hand out masks. However, the guy working the station was the only one without a mask. Perhaps they have a good medical reason for not wearing one, but then that person is not a good representative for mask wearing.That was strike 1.When we got into the room, the medical assistant who did the height, weight, BP, etc was not very friendly. Off day perhaps? But with some of the reviews I had read I was thinking this was par here.That was strike 2.In walks the Nurse Practitioner, Michelle. It was like the clouds parting to let the sun shine through. She was friendly, attentive, and asked questions. She really wanted to solve the problem and it showed. She either really does care or she is deserving of an Oscar. Either way, she knocked it out of the park.We definitely found the right place for our daughter.!
