Not very good. Haven taken a family member to him several times and not ONCE did he ever lay a finger on them to examine them. All he wanted to know was if they needed their medicine refilled. This was AFTER telling them of the problems they were having. Very, VERY poor!

Dr Cain is an Amazing Family Physician! He takes time with his patients in order to understand what is going on with their health and issues if there are any. I think he genuinely cares about his patients!

The doctors (Rufus Cain, Gail Cain, Holly Rowell, Guy Mitchell) really listen to you and are really concerned with my overall health, allergies, not giving the same antibiotic or acute medications that my body will get used to.

Very unprofessional in his behavior. Does not have the character or professionalism for me to entrust my healthcare needs to him. I would Recommend anyone to find another physician.

I have never been to a doctor that rates lower. No matter what complaint I verbalized, Dr. Cain would come back with "I have that" and then proceed to tell me about sports with his kids, etc. The care that I received at his hands lead to a dramatic decline in my own health that took 2 years to recover from, and his lack of care most likely led to my brother's heart attack. None of my family will return to his office. Would not take my dog to him for care.

How can an URGENT CARE be closed for almost TWO HOURS for lunch and not have that information publicized? Who wants to drive 20 minutes to Urgent Care get there at 12 and they tell you they're not seeing anyone until 1:40!!!! What???? Ridiculous!

Dr Cain is not there any more at Urgent Care but I have worked with him and used him as my Dr for years. Never heard a rude remark or inappropriate word said to his patients. Trust worthy and wonderful Dr.
