I would give it 0 stars if I could. The doctor was very rude and unprofessional at the Bennetsville Women's Clinic.
Horrible experience. Went to see Dr gude as a new patient. It was alarming to me for a Dr to be so careless to the concerns and questions of a new patient. His attitude was so standoffish and the rolling of his eyes when asked a question was unnacceptable.. which brought me to the Internet.. Front desk were very nice. The Nurse was awesome. I was confined to a room for almost an hour.. there was 5 pateince at the most in the office. I went for an ongoing hip pain to no avail.. Do to the weather my allergies were out of control..dr gude did send me for a covid test which may have been protocal. However the reason for my visit was totally pushed aside.. Id NEVER GO BACK I wouldnt let Dr gude see my dog.. I was also alarmed by the way they preserve ppe equipment screems cross contamination. As a RN I'm completely disguted by this visit.. And this is just a start to the actions I will be taken to secure some change..
I am very satisfied to have Anna Duncan as my doctor. She really has helped me feel better. I would recommend her anyday.
The service is horrible. Be prepared to wait several hours, so don't schedule anything else. My mom had an appointment at 8:15 and didn't leave until after 12..almost 1. This is unacceptable for people who take medicine or haven't eaten. Then you sit and wait in the office until they decide to come and get you.
My grandson sees Pat Weaver for hi s diabetes treatment. She is very professional and caring. Our wait time has never been more than 30 minutes. He did see a younger black woman on one occasion and she was quite rude. My son goes to the office in Society Hill where he has had experiences with the nurse and office staff being very unprofessional towards him.
I had an overall terrific experience. The entire staff were polite and they made my son feel very comfortable.
I know I sat and waited an hour already they just to slow. This right here doesn’t make any since. People have more to do then just sit in a doctor office.
Horrible doctors .Terrible communication. Never going back
The only good thing I can say about this place is the friendliness of the front desk staff. Left the office blood pressure 186/117. Dr. McKoy adds another blood pressure medicine to the list of meds I'm already taking. Calls in every prescription EXCEPT my blood pressure medications. Very smart. Very. The wait time... appointment at 9, got there 8:42, didn't leave until 11:34. The complaints I had with issues other than my blood pressure were not even addressed. In addition to that, the write-up on the clinical summary was all lies. The fact they do a sliding scale for insured is great, but that doesn't mean the quality of doctors shouldn't be up to par.
Went there on Thursday, Oct 25...I admit I was a little late because I went to the wrong one but I arrived the maybe 10 minutes late. I signed in paid my copay and sat there for about 30 minutes before I was called to the back. The nurse was ok but that doctor was terrible. She was rude and messy with her bad attitude. I got the worst experience ever from that facility if I ever see that dr again I would glad to talk to her about it. Dr. Brandy was her name I think. She came in the room with that I don't care attitude. I know you are not supposed to be saying ugly things but I wouldvew f*** her up that's why I just said I don't want your medical attention and I left. My blood pressure was all ready going up.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
