Run away!! Do not bring your children here! They are disorganized and do not know what they are doing! Doctor told me that feeding my baby with breast milk until full doesn't provide nutrition to him!! They are crazy and ignorant. Doctor won't listen to you and will leave before you are able to ask any questions. Seriously, take your children and go far, far away from this place!!P.S. I moved and thought I was done with this place until I got letters today that stated that my children's identities and all medical information were breached and stolen. They waited an entire month before even investigating and it happened back in December 2020, Care south reviewed the info on April 27th and I'm just receiving info on May 20th!!!! They are slow, disorganized, and are not only a health risk but an identity risk too! DO NOT GO TO ANY CARE SOUTH!

Appointment at 10:45 and now its 12:00 and we are still waiting. An entire hour wasted, waiting around for them to give my son his 4 month shots. I dont understand why they are taking so long to give someone shots. Staff is friendly but they take FOREVERRRRRRR.
