Came to get tested were the only ppl in line waiting almost a hr and no one never came will be pulling my kids immediately not only that I had appt for one child but the othe got sick last minute Both kids in one room but they wouldn’t even look at my sick baby Ive been coming here for years but this was my last visit for sure I do not recommend

WORST doctors office EVER! They deserve a 0 in rating. Do NOT go there!!! The NP was unprofessional, and refused to help me get treatment for my health concerns and treated me like I was a burden and a criminal for wanting to be medicated.

You really deserve 0 stars. DO NOT waste your time coming here. My child came here VERY sick. They checked his temperature, blood pressure, swab him for a COVID-19 test and sent him out the door. That is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Healthcare worker's really need to stop assuming everyone that is sick, has COVID-19 because they don't. Other illnesses still exist. God forgive me for saying this but to the staff members that failed to provide better healthcare services to my child and find out why he was so sick, I hope your child becomes ill like mine, go to a healthcare facility and don't receive any treatment so their illness gets worse and suffers longer. This location and Hartsville are TERRIBLE!

The nurse practitioner in Bishopville was awful. I went in with a bad chest Cold and wheezing badly. She gave me no medicine and no advice as to how to keep this from turning into pneumonia. Four days later it is worse than it was when I went in. If you're sick that NP is a waste of time. Now I see why they have funeral homes advertising on there web. Donald Outen

horrible making me wait all day for my med horrible i call in my meds then when i went to pick up they said the refill ran out they could have call me so i was upset and she was very rude to me cause i am getting the run around and they taking their time to call for my meds from the place ,thought they were nice people well i guess wrong and very un happy

Did not feel like the staff were very friendly and my doctor didn't act like she was really listening to me. Last place I wanna go for a dr. Whiteside was/is my doctor.
