I give this score because this office canceled a key medical appointment. I confirmed the appointment twice online. The staff called me the day before and could not hear them w a poor connection I told them I would be there. They canceled because I did not answer three prescreen questions. I done 100 MRIs in my life in 6 different states never before. This money grubbing Doctor just wanted to make sure he had an appointment filled. Disgusting service and put me in medical danger. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ALSO MESSED UP ON THE SCRIPT.

My orthopedic surgeon had scheduled an emergency MRI with Borelli and I confirmed it by phone twice. I was in excruciating pain, and even traveling for the appointment was an awful experience. But when I arrived at Borelli's facility, he was unavailable and had left instructions to his staff not to treat me. My surgeon made an extraordinary call to Borelli's office to plead for the MRI, but Borelli could not be reached, his staff said, and they would not treat me.
