I just have to say that Dr. Klenke and her husband Trevor, who manages the business, are awful people. I’m begging you guys not to give your money to these people. I am very forgiving and understanding but the way Dr. Klenke treats people is awful and demeaning. Her and Trevor are some of the worst people I have ever met.

Dr Klenke did breast reconstruction due to a double mastectomy. Her follow up has been abysmal, her office phone system is awful, her responsiveness to referring physicians is awful, and now I have a leaky implant and after talking to my Internal Medicine dr who discovered it, making an appointment with me and asking me to drop off the CT scan prior to the appointment she cancels two hours ahead of the appointment saying she no longer does breast reconstruction- since when….like 2 hours ago? Did I mention I had trouble with the original implants that required a revision and I had an infection that required IV antibiotics? She hopes she didn’t inconvenience me. You wonder just how callus a doctor can be?

I did not know Dr Klenke when I was referred to her by my breast surgeon. She told me Audrey was one of the best. I underwent a double mastectomy and reconstruction with Audrey doing the reconstruction. It has been a nightmare with one revision - not unusual- an ensuing infection that required IV antibiotics for six weeks. And now I have a leak and after my referring dr talking to her, her setting an appointment and requesting the CT scan that showed the leak, 2 hours before the appointment she cancels because she no longer does reconstruction. She hopes that didn’t inconvenience me. No, not at all!

My second appointment with Dr Klenke. Absolutely the best that I have ever had with injectables . She takes time needed to give the best results.

Dr. Klenke completed a removal/ replace & mini lift after one implant deflated. She saw me quickly & was able to fit in my surgery quickly, as well. I am so happy with my results & experience. My evaluation was thorough and educational. Explanations of what could be done, which products were recommended, and why they were recommended were given. This is the first surgeon to inject my aging neck. The results are striking with the improved look. As far as the dermal filler, just enough was added in all the right places. I was left with a youthful and natural look. I appreciated that this surgeon has the expertise in working with male patients. Some injectables can leave men with a feminine look. That was not the case here; I was left with the look that I had 10 years earlier. There was a lot of enthusiasm from everyone that I encountered at this practice. For anyone interested in minimizing the outcomes of aging, this is the surgeon for you.
