Charles Sevastos's Online Review Report Card

I'd give a negative if I could. Read the other reviews they are all spot on for this guy. RUDE, actually hung up the phone on me because I asked to have a script sent to a different pharmacy. Never going back.

I have really liked Dr. Sevastos. HOWEVER, it should not be this difficult to reach his nurse. Her mailbox has "been full" for several weeks and when I try to reach the front desk, it rings and rings. As a retired Nurse Practitioner, I find the patient portal often difficult to navigate. I just need a lab slip for routine labs to be done ahead of my upcoming yearly exam and you would not think this would be so hard! Having been in private practice for many years I know a provider is often only as good as their support staff. Get it together folks!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Sevastos' for several years now. He has earned my complete trust . He has always been considerate,caring and of the highest medical standards.

Rude doctor ! I would never recommend!

I was very upset with my visit March 2 Tues. I had a 10:00 appointment for a second visit after taking antibiotic to clear up a U T I . I waited 1 hour and 15 min. when receptionist called me to window. She blamed another person for delay. Sent me to restroom said a cup was in there put your name and date of birth. When I went to put cup in door another cup was there and one on back of toilet. Three people were standing at door when I left. I still have not heard results of test. I'm not one to complain but this should not happen. Thank you Connie Copeland 1/7/48

This doctor would not see me when I needed to get in with a terribly painful sinus headache, told me I had to get a Covid test before he would see me. I did not have Covid and went to another Dr. who saw me immediately, was very kind and helped me immediately. I did get the Covid test a day later when I was feeling better, NO I did not have Covid. He called later that day and then left me a msg, stated I had Covid. and hope I got better., he never talked to me or saw me. I would never go back to him, not only did he loose a patient, he lost my respect.

If I could leave one star I would. I’ve never been treated more poorly by a healthcare provider. “Care” is in the title of the job and it’s clear that he doesn’t. This office checked me in, had me wait, and then ultimately refused care saying that I didn’t confirm the appointment. After waiting 2 months for this appointment, I arrived at 1:10 for a 1:30 appointment and was checked in after waiting at 1:17. I heard the Dr. S ask the receptionist what time his 1:30 arrived and when she told him 1:17 I heard him say that was “too late.” After waiting longer, the nurse came from the back, called me over, and turned me away for care being that I hadn’t “confirmed the appointment.” I played the confirmation voicemail to the nurse that I had received at 10:30 am on the previous day only to be told it was out of her hands. Total lack of caring and empathy. After reading some of the other reviews on here I feel I am better off having not seen him. Terrible experience.

Bad experience.does not seem to care.

This was my worst experience with a doctor in my entire life. He's is sarcastic, condescending and proved to be an outright liar. I have been going to SJC for 4 years with absolutely no issues until my experience with this "so called" doctor.
