Do not visit Smokey Mountain Urgent Care Franklin, NC. There is no doctor on staff, only PA who orders unnecessary lab work to create extra revenue for the practice. There is no one to dispute the charges with nor staff willing to explain why labs were ordered. Extremely rude front office staff when confronted with my request for an explanation. Was told "it is what it is", no offer to explan my concerns.
