Never got to scheduling an appointment as 'jessica' who works in their call center was drilling me with questions about my diagnosis (I guess because she felt it was in her purview to do so), could not find my referral, and clearly has an attitude problem. When I asked for her name, she rudely spelled it out and then hung up on me...we don't need these types of ex-Walmart employees in the medical field. The doctor seems to have great reviews, but I failed to get that far and hope he sees this and addresses his call center problems and someone with a personality calls me back and I'm happy to remove this and provide a fair review, but I have had a really bad experience so far!

NICE guy, BUT mis-diagnosed me, told me 'lets wait and see'....WOW.A month later I had a 2 YEAR OLD BLADDER TUMOR REMOVED by a different practice.Office staff was hostile, medicine refills VERY DIFFICULT at this practice.BE WARNED.

Great Office Visit. Dr. Gwynn and his very competent staff took the time to explain everything in regards to procedure that I am contemplating in getting. He took time to answer my questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dr. Gwynn as an urologist.

I must admit being older I was apprehensive about having bladder surgery, since the procedure was for a sling to hold things in place. After praying with my daughter, I proceeded with the surgery. Best surgery ever, monomial pain. I’m grateful for a new start. Highly recommend Dr Gwynn
