After 13 mos, I just had my 2nd in home sleep study, as Medicare is too cheap to pay for an in hospital study. During my 1st study I was on Ambien & Actually slept, & had documented sleep apnea. A yr later I have failed an oral device, and Now, no longer on Ambien, I am unable to sleep, thus wide awake, and BREATHING GREAT all night, I appear to have great apnea scores & failed approval for a CPAP per Medicare. Ironic you have to SLEEP to prove you can't sleep! Dr Bolt will not return my calls, nor schedule a f/u appt & it has taken me almost 3 yrs of my life to get here. With her education she Must understand the pathology of sleep deprivation, yet ignores her patients. I hope one day she experiences this torture so she can understand the lack of compassion and due diligence I am experiencing as a sleep deprived patient. I feel helpless and angry. Surely she must have a PA that can respond to my calls if she is THIS busy.

I suffer from major depression and anxiety and when I left her office after she went over my results...the way she treated me left me afraid to go to sleep and had one of the worst dive bombs in my depression in my life. This woman needs to go back to school and take another psychology class and learn how to treat patients with compassion instead of like we are just a diagnosis. Her PA is a million times better then she is and honestly he should be the doc and her be the PA. So avoid this place...and this doctor.
