Amazing doctor and I hate doctors

Dr Perez does a great job of communicating with me on the monitoring of my health. Sincerely appreciate that he is proactive in maintaining my wellness.

Happy with the care I am provided by Dr. Perez. He is knowledgeable and truely cares about his patients.

I saw the dr within 5 mins. As always he took time to explain lab results and discuss any current issues. I always enjoy seeing the global team. They are friendly and helpful

Made a 4:00 on appointment Checked in at 3:50. Was put in a room to wait for Dr. Perez. The door was left open. I sat there listening to the doctor speak with two appointments before me. Very unprofessional as I heard everything the doctor and patient spoke about. And I also had the pleasure of listening to the doctor speak with his patient in full detail about prescriptions, and how people get drugs illegally for about 25 minutes. Not sure if either patient realizes I heard all of their medical issues. Someone finally came in the room to bring in a piece of paper as I thought it was a prescription to have blood work done. Upon further inspection of said piece of paper, it was somebody else’s lab results not mine. at 5:41 of the nurses or staff I’m not sure who she was came in and told me that now the doctor was on a phone call with a patient and he would be in shortly. I then told her that the piece of paper that was dropped off in my room was not mine . She actually said to me. Oh, you’re not Kimberly I said no I am not Kimberly. I felt extremely uncomfortable and decided to leave without even being being seen by the doctor I would never recommend or go back to this office ever again again.

It has been reported that his staff is rude and this is just not true anymore. Everybody was very nice and respectful. Dr Perez is probably the best doctor I've seen in a long time. He is very thorough. Yes I had to wait but I'm willing to wait because he's very good.
