Lack of cultural competency/understanding of medical inequities!! I remember telling my dentist I was excited to get my surgery because I was turning 21 soon and would not be able to afford the coverage on my own, so he literally changed my procedure and didn't do all the work I needed for my teeth... I was not being cheap i like many low class individuals CANT get affordable health care ...do your job

The staff here likes to lie to you and is completely uncooperative. I had a surgery scheduled and I took ibuprofen to prevent pain. We called ahead and asked if it W okay to have water. They said it was and turns out it wasn't and the nurse even went as far to say that I drank more water than I claimed to. Completely unprofessional enviorment.
