This office operates like a well-oiled machine! I went there to have my shoulder pain evaluated and was quickly checked in, taken back right at my appointment time. Then I had films done which were done in about 5 minutes and the radiology technician was very nice. Dr. Sutherland came in a few minutes later, had me do a few tests, gave me his thoughts and recommendations and I was on my way. He was efficient without making me feel rushed. Everyone in the office was very friendly and kind. Great experience!

Dr. Sutherland is knowledgeable, thorough and clear when speaking about to me about my orthopedic problems. He will write down what he has told me so that I am clear when discussing the appointment with my family. I am comfortable with him and believe him to be an excellent physician.

Everything about my visit was 5 star. I was checked in quickly and the receptionist was genuinely interested in how I was doing. It’s so nice to be greeted in such a friendly way. I was brought back to the examination room in a timely manner. X-rays we’re taken immediately, and the technician was also very friendly. Dr. Sutherland is a warm, sincere person. We discussed my situation and he came up with a plan that I am very happy with. I feel confident moving forward and also feel safe that Dr. Sutherland will take good care of my shoulder.

Doctor was very attentive; answered questions and made me feel comfortable. I had only met him before my surgery following an accident and appreciated his time covering my X-rays and treatment plan. His staff was also very attentive and professional.

The office staff were efficient. I was seen by a PA who listened to my situation. This was quickly followed by X-Rays and then I was seen by Dr Sutherland in short order. He also listened, preformed some tests. He told me his diagnosis based on his observations and the X-Rays. He offered to show me the x-rays. He explained what they showed. It was one of the few times I've been explained what an x-ray shows and completely understood.I will continue to see Dr Sutherland for issues related to his speciality.

Walking into the office I was greeted pleasantly and service was provided quickly. Meeting the nurse and Dr. Sutherland was great. Dr. Sutherland was very knowledgeable and caring. The nurse and Dr. Sutherland actively listened to our concerns and provided great service. I highly recommend Optim Orthopedics and Dr. Sutherland.
