Dr. Warner himself is great but I’ve had really terrible luck with getting anyone in the office to call me back. I had a reaction to a new medication after upping the dosage in November and called the office twice over two weeks. I never received a callback, fortunately I have plenty of the medication I was trying to ween off of and I haven’t had any ill affects in hastily dropping the newer medication. I’ve seen Dr. Warner two or three times and he seems genuinely concerned about my condition and QOL I just wish the staff were more concerned about returning calls. Especially when the nurse message line requests that you not leave multiple messages as this only lengthens the wait time for a return call. I left two messages over 2 weeks time, it’s been over a month now and I’ve still not received a call back.

I have been a lifelong sufferer of migraines, Dr. Warner found the right medication for me and I've been virtually migraine free for 3 years. He gave me my life back and I'm so grateful!

Dr Warner is the best doctor in his field and listens to the patients issues. I’ve been treated by Dr. Warner for over 10 years and the only issues have been with the staff lack of responding to me. If it weren’t for the excellent care of dr Warner, I would seek another practice due to the lack of communication between his staff and myself. I want to be clear it’s not his entire staff, just whoever is supposed to be returning a patient’s phone call - now going on close to a month with 4 messages left.
