I am giving this Doctor only a 3 star rating for the overall service including charges. On 1/31/22 he was paid $284.36 from my insurance carrier plus my $30.00 Co-Pay for a routine yearly examination. On a second visit on 1/19/22 he was paid $130.12 plus a $30.00 Co-Pay for a total of $474.48. Then when I asked for a copy of my exam results in the form of a prescription should I decide to upgrade my glasses a demand was made for an additional $25.00 for the printed out prescription. NERVE!
