My co-pay was like going to the hospital, not an office visit like it was. Cost 5 times more per visit. It was never explained to myself nor my husband who was at every appointment. My wound was not even healed.
Extremely unpleasant experience!
Dr.cotter explained things understandably. Everyone was nice.
Excellent service. Prompt.
Everyone at every level was great!
Very nice and good customer service!
I have always been treated very well, both on the phone and in the office. I have been very satisfied with my surgery results and friendly office visits. I highly recommend Dr. Cotter and the staff.
Rude, terrible bedside manor, replaced my moms feeding tube with the wrong type of tubing and we had to go to the ER yesterday because it fell out. Avoid this guy.
I received detailed information that made colonoscopy prep day easy to get through. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was told not to wear nail polish, the nurses at the hospital said it wasn’t a problem for anything but arm surgery
Dr. Cotter is condescending, and doesn’t like being questioned. He has no communication skills and is often annoyed. I often find myself talking to his back. His staff are pleasant but nervous, and despite my weekly visits often don’t recognize me as a previous patient. It’s a very strange office environment.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
