Dr Norcross performed a total right hip replacement on me I the spring of 2000. I could not have asked for a more favorable result than what I experienced. His attention to detail and patient satisfaction was so rewarding to me, I could not have asked for more professional surgeon. I understand Dr. Norcross is moving to Hilton Head SC and I have advised him that I as a Patient will contact him personally for any future surgical needs, I believe in his surgical skills so strongly, and would recommend him to any patient.

Just from talking with him, l would say he is a very knowledgeable and friendly professional. He is moving to a new practice about 5 hrs from Hickory and when it becomes time to do my surgery, I will drive down to his new office to have it preformed. Trust is everything.

Dr. Norcross is an awesome doctor. I have seen him for years regarding my knees. He always explained things where I could understand. He was also professional, yet friendly and helpful. I will definitely miss him. Best Wishes!

reviews just now I first saw Dr. Jason Norcross in June of 2020 in regard to scheduling knee replacement surgery. I had been in constant pain due to bone on bone arthritic left and right knees. The pain in my left was much more excruciating so once hospitals and surgery centers were reopened due to the COVID-19 lockdowns I sought out Dr. Norcross. Dr. Norcross is professional, compassionate and takes time to listen and explain in great detail. He is Board Certified and Fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement. His skill exceeds all others in Western North Carolina with robotic NAVIO guided replacement. I had my left knee replaced with a 30 year knee implant on July 6. On July 7 I was on my bike/ trainer making full rotations. I just had my left knee replaced yesterday and so far couldn’t be more pleased. Having my left knee replaced gave me my life back. I have to say Dr. Norcross is the Best! He will be moving his practice in Nov. to Hilton Head SC believe me worth the trip.
