I don't typically write negative reviews however I feel I must warn anyone with an aging parent living in the area to avoid this doctor if at all possible. I wish I could have left no stars but the system would not allow it. Our mother lived alone in the area with all of her family out of town. We began being concerned for her safety living alone as her dementia progressed. We found a wonderful assisted living facility near one of her children and just needed the doctor to sign off on her move. We attempted to call the office with no luck. Leaving a voicemail didn't help because they never called back. We tried messaging on the portal. Most times they would not respond but on the off chance they would, they would promise things and never deliver. We finally had to hire an outside agency to help with the process because the doctor and the staff were unprofessional, unresponsive and uncaring. With the help of this agency, our mother is now safely living at a wonder facility and very happy with the move. Please find another healthcare option for your family member.
