GREAT DOC GUPTA IS A WONDERFUL DENTIST. HIS ASSISTANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND CARING . RECEPTIONIST VERY GOOD. LOVE THE WHOLE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. FIRST TIME COMING HERE. DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE.

The office I am pertaining to is the office on Abercorn st and the office here is horrible. It went from losing all my paperwork to not knowing what work I was getting down on my teeth. I filled out new paperwork and brought all necessary things I needed to be put back into the system. After all of that and getting checked once again to see what I needed to get done. My appointment comes no one still doesnt know the proper work I was getting done. I was suppose to get a root canal and two fill ins. The fill ins went from $130.00 dental work to almost $300.00 dental work. The root canal wasnt even in the system. Also ask to speak to the manager and was told she doesnt want to speak to me the price is the price. Instead of resolving the issue and see what is going on I was asking to leave. Only good person out the office is Melody at the front office. She actually took her time and try to resolve the issue after the 4th time of getting the run around. I WILL NOT BE BACK AT THAT OFFICE AND DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO GO EITHER.

Sarah is one of the best hygienists I’ve ever been to she does an excellent job and takes the time to talk to you and remembers who you are every time.

We had the worst scheduled medical appointment experience of my life yesterday. I would not recommend them for anything.

I just began going to Morrison Dental and couldnt believe how understanding and friendly everyone was I have a very high anxiety issue and everyone was so understanding and accommodating. I have recommended them to everyone that I can. Thanks so much for going above and beyond what she had to do regarding my insurance problems that I was having. Kudos and 5 stars to both staff and dentists

Went in for a cleaning Do not ever send your child here. The doctor is liar and most of his staff is too. He hurt my daughter caused a major infection that same day. Ill upload photos if I can. My daughter needed help asap. He refused and denied her antibiotics for the infection he caused by cutting her cheeck. A nurse told me what he did. My daughter had a half size dollar cut inside and huge bruise on her and in her cheeck and it happened immediately. They told my daughter to use salt water wash it out. DA Took alot of medicine and missing school. Her pediatric doctor was upset how a professional handled his sloppy work. It took her a long time to recover and missed alot of school from his sloppy work. My daughter couldnt eat and hardly drink anything for a bit. Lesson learned find a doctor with ALOT OF EXPERIENCE THIS CROOK DOES NOT HAVE IT. His dental cleanings suck. I have nice teeth and expect my teeth or my daughters to be cleaned not half assed. Find a better dentist your mouth and health are worth it

I give them 5 There’s a wait but so worth it after the horrible other places I’ve been to. Funny how it was only $28 to have a Molar pulled for my 15 yearold. I go somewhere else pay $71 same tooth. They’re still sending me a bill for Xrays even when I was referred with xrays in hand Even with the same insurance 😀

Had a horrible dental hygienists. My gum are bleeding even about the gum line. She was rough and aggressive and when I told her it hurt it was like she didn’t care. She even made a remark that since I use to never get plaque so I dont get cleanings twice a year I should not waste my money on dental insurance. Dont waste your time and come here. I has a horrible experience in 2013 with a crown. It is 5050 here. Dr. Brown did a good job on a filling last December but it doesnt make up for what happened today. I will be reporting her.
