Dr Keisler is always professional, kind, and thorough. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. So sorry to hear that she’s moving. Lucky Atlanta!

Dr. Keisler has always made me feel valued and honors my health concerns. She has never hesitated to send me to a specialist, unlike other doctors I dealt with in the past. Pretty punctual appointments. My biggest disappointment is that she is leaving the practice this summer, and I feel like moving to follow wherever she goes. I went through two other doctors in five years to find her, and now she is breaking my heart by leaving.

This was an odd experience. I have some serious medical issues, 1} I can't walk2}We had 1 meeting thru video chat due to covid! She was very sympathetic and genuinely cared,or so i thought. We talked about scheduling A few test she would refer me to a couple surgeons & Doctors, so I could finally have the surgery I desperately needed. Well a month goes by, no phone call , no email, no appointments made for me, Nothing. Not even the medswe taked about her prescribing. I dont care if they're narcotic or non-narcotic none of them work unless the doctor knows the patients histoy. So,6 weeks later when I felt it was time ,I called ... I asked to speak with my doctor.{receptionist} Nope. {Me}Did yall call me in any meds{receptionist}Nope! {Me} Did yall do anything to help my medical issues?{receptionist}... Nope... So I politely fired Dr. Keisler and her staff ! Only a fool would keep this practice and doctor as their GP..THEY DID ABSOLUTELY ! NOTHING, ZILCH , BOO, NIET, KEEP HWR AS MY DR. NOPE.... Then n here's the funny part I get a letter in the mail some weeks later stating she was releasing me from her care , due to the doctor- Patient - relationship deteriorating .. Lmfao That letter she wrote me stating she needed to let me go from her care and services was a personal necessity so she could sleep better at night when in fact all she did was for the black mark on my record because it makes it look like I am a patient whom does not follow through with appointments, if I cared enough I wouldn't have argued and pressed the issue a little harder but I fired her but she wants it on the record that she let me go... At the end of the day I got what I wanted if she feels lying about it is the proper way of helping a patient then im glad i let her go when i did before my reason was validated instead of having a gut feeling she wasn't a good fit gor me🤣🤣 I guess that's their hypocratic oath hard at work.... I love the way the universe works itself out , spelled KARMA..lmfao✌ nice try doc, sounds good tho........

I feel so fortunate that I found this practice when my husband and I moved to HHI. I was in the medical field for 43 yrs and have high expectations for quality care. I definitely found it here as Dr Kiesler is excellent- professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She engages in the conversation, listens to everything, explains all information and allows plenty of time to answer questions. Her referrals have also been on target. I have to mention her assistant - Octavia, as she is wonderful as well. My experiences have been extremely positive every time I needed care-I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband and I saw Dr. Kreisler today for the first time. Both of us felt like we had finally found the doctor we had been hoping for since coming to Bluffton. Very, very pleased.

Dr. Keisler is wonderful. She takes the time to talk to each patient, and I can't recommend her highly enough.
