dr. rippey is an excellent practitioner! his office manager is a bit harsh. i had changed insurance recently, was on appt to see him. had been told i could self pay. the office "blocked my appt" when i arrived saying "you cannot see him as your insurance changed". i asked to speak with dr rippey they would not let me. i became very upset. then they let me see him for 176 dollars! boutique practices don't charge this amount. dr. rippey has no control over the cost. he is great!

I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. Now I know why the wait is so long everywhere else, yet I was able to get an appointment quickly here.

Dr. Rippey acknowledged all of my health care concerns and took care of them one by one. In one case, he prescribed me a medication I could not take because it was nasty. I did not want to be a nuisance. Two days later, his nurse did a follow up call and asked how was the medication and I told her I couldn't take it because of the taste and she immediately reported it to Dr. Rippey and he took care of it! Very outstanding service!

have always been very happy. he is extremely knowledgeable and spends great time with both my husband and i who are both patients of dr. rippey. returns most phone calls himself requiring answers to questions left with staff.
