One of the best at the practice, makes me feel like family and like someone is actually paying attention. Stopped getting appointments with him for a while on accident because of scheduling but will only have him or a couple others now. He is absolutely top notch in advocating for his patients, went directly to the billing person to figure out a months long issue in one day. Advocates for his patients and makes you feel seen as an person, that means a ton.

I was really depressed during and after my pregnancy. When I expressed that I was not enjoying being pregnant Dr. Spires scolded me and told me most women feel very lucky to be pregnant. I did. Being a mom is the best thing that ever happened to me, but this is legitimately one of the reasons I never had another child. I am glad my depression was manageable despite my provider scolding me for it.

Could not be happier with my experience! Paperwork was simple, waiting room was very clean, and I hardly had to wait to be called back. The staff was very friendly! Dr. Spires was very attentive and answered every single question with care. He actually cared about what I was saying and wasn’t rushing to try and get to the next patient. I am more than happy to drive the hour and a half just to visit his office, it’s more than worth it!

I highly recommend Dr. Spires. He listened to me and then was able to work with the pharmacist in order to create a prescription specific for my needs. I have not felt this good in five years.

I would not trust going to any other obgyn. He has explained everything with my health care, and during my pregnancy, and takes the time to answer any questions. His staff and the other doctors are great. I wouldn't let anyone else deliver my baby but him.

I will never see another OB dr for anything. He was amazing with my last 2 pregnancies, and very easy going. I would not be comfortable seeing anyone else!

I could not have asked for a better Doctor during my twin pregnancy. Dr Spires and his staff are excellent. I would not go anywhere else!

His staff is extremely polite!! He makes you feel so comfortable and easy to talk to. He answers questions so truthfully to where he knows he let's you know he truly cares about your health.
