Dr. Goldner is a fantastic doctor. Unlike some doctors, Dr. Goldner listens to me and together we work out a path forward that works for both of us. Great experience, highly recommend Dr. Goldner.

This office is very personal. They took everyone in proper order when they arrived back from lunch. They are by far nice and caring. I did not see any actions that would make me question them. The new MRI machine was nice but still makes me feel claustrophobic while inside and opening my eyes. I would return definitely.

The front office staff is horrible. I was told that they don’t take day of appointments in an emergency situation and that I should not see my doctor, but go to urgent care instead. I was literally blocked from making a follow up appointment for months. I even alerted the doctor who said, yep, there’s a problem out front. If this practice is not capable of handling and caring for patients, especially when they are in need, then they should not be in business.

This was my first appointment with SJC on Oak Forest Dr. 1st it was easy parking- close to the front door- fast and courteous check in- very nice people who seem to care. Not a crowded waiting room. And Excellent nurse (Rebecca) that handled my scans. So nice, pleasant and quick. Easy test and I was in and out in 35 mins. My last two visits to Hilton Head radiology in the hospital took over an hour and i had to come back which also took an hour with no results! This is my choice in the future!Jan Kendrick

We had a great experience when we went there for x-rays 6 months ago, but this time the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The X-ray tech was really condescending. She spoke to me like I was an annoying piece of gum stuck to her shoe. I had to stay behind for paperwork this time, but when she took my mom back she was rude and impatient , not comprehending that it might take my mom a few seconds to make her muscles obey her commands. She assumed mom was being stubborn I guess, so she was snippy with her. Then she put my moms wheelchair back together wrong, despite my moms protests. She assumed my mom didn’t know how her own wheelchair was supposed to look. It took me 10 minutes in the lobby trying to wrestle the parts out to reassemble. The other lady at the front desk was professional and sweet, which saved this from being a one star review. Better luck next time...hopefully.

Dr. Rippey is our family doctor and we all have had nothing but great experiences with him. He even sees our four year old daughter and has been great with her. She was recently sick and I called at 8 am to see if I could get her an appointment and she was seen by 9 am that same day! The office is always timely in getting back to us with any questions that we have! I would highly recommend them!

Although there were initial issues with scheduling and communication, they quickly resolved the issue. Lisa was very professional and knowledgeable and I appreciated my interaction with her.
