Cora Physical Therapy Boiling Springs's Online Review Report Card

I was referred here by my doctor for my knee. I had surgery on it in 2017 and it's still been bothering me. The first thing I said to Cassandra was that I had been in physical therapy before and I didn't have extremely high hopes. That being said I have noticed a difference and it's definitely been helping, and the fact that everyone is so welcoming and understanding doesn't hurt either. Curtis will be leaving soon but he has been amazing since the first day I met him and he will be greatly missed. Brianna is the first person you see when you walk in the door and I feel like a good first impression is what makes a place and she does a great job at it, everyone here is just so friendly 🖤😊

Good about explaining your care, why they are doing what they are doing and change your therapy according to your progress. Very friendly and they stay on schedule!

Had my first visit today and was very impressed, very professional. Will be back!

Everyone in this building deserves a pay raise that's for sure. They go above & beyond for each patient. After my daughter's 1st visit she did not want to return just for the simple fact she didn't think she needed it. But Curtis definitely knows what he's doing & he is her favorite. She looks forward to coming every week. I'm not sure who's idea the cookies are, but that is a plus in her eyes as well. Very welcoming the moment you walk in the door. We will have to come back just to visit when her sessions are over

I had a stroke back in September this year. I was referred to Cora from the hospital in Spartanburg. The first person I spoke with at Cora was Brianna. I actually melted in place just talking to her. So alive and energetic, positive and upbeat throughout the conversation. I was trying to figure a way to jump through the phone to get there quicker. I knew instantly I was going to like it here. And indeed, I did. Being a hardnosed stubborn 24-year Army Vet who's never been to physical therapy, and has the mindset of doing things my way, I was skeptical, and apprehensive.....Of course. On my first day of therapy, I met Curtiss and the Bootlegger, I call her the farm girl. Loves horses. What a personality these folks have. I felt very welcomed, I had no fear and I was like "OK. take me away and off we went to zero in on my balance and coordination. Curtiss is a silent motivator and will push you with a smile, he gets the job done by golly. I single him out because he worked with me the most, but I cannot and will not take anything away from the other professional staff members. I have been gifted the opportunity to work with Cassaundra, Allison and Chelsea and they are the most pleasant and skilled girls to be working with. True to the core of knowing what people need and they are all in SYNC. Every one of them professionals have a wonderful personality and will make you feel special. I can't praise them enough. They all can evaluate you and target the specific area you might be hurting in by just watching you with an exercise, and they will "Get it Done" I highly recommend Cora for your physical therapy needs, but most importantly, make it a point to get to know each team member. They are not there for just a job and paycheck. They have family, children and loved ones like many of us, but they are also there for you and its good therapy to know who they are.

excellent service for a disabled person. They are exceptionally kind and know how to work me. i need to call them for continuing appointments. ive had a fever for two weeks, infected finger, uti, and can hardly get up without severe pain. i hope they don’t forget me. They wouldn’t…..just kidding with them. They ladies in the office are equally effecient. I only walk in and sit down after she sees me.
