Been a pt for ~4yrs. Other than high myopia & family glaucoma history I'd say I'm a fairly "run of the mill patient", no Rx changes for 4 years , yet Dr. Bostrom takes time to do a thorough exam, history, changes, etc and even a few minutes of genuine conversation. The entire practice is a model of professionalism and efficiency. I'm an inpatient patient so for me to actually write a review says something. Recently my contact lens had torn leaving a small piece irritating my eye, they had me come in about an hour, Dr. Haguewood saw me within minutes of my arrival, again the entire practice is so in sync. Kudos .

He was short and rude. Did not even know why I waited 6 month to see him. Would not recommend anyone scheduling an appointment with him. I think the main problem they are just to busy so their time is more important than your Time.

Horrible experience! They gave me a prescription they had on file over two years ago. I asked if they needed my current prescription and they said no It was a total waste of time and money Evidently, they did not even look to see what they got with my vision exam. I will return to my optometrist to get a professional exam and prescription from those results.

I am blind in my left eye because of this doctor, he said i had a floater and it had to ripen?!?? Two weeks later I'm blind in my left eye... I had NEVER heard of a floater ripening but he's the doctor, he said it would get worse before it got better.... my retina was detaching when I went and when I went back the tear was from 9 o'clock position to 7 o'clock position. The worse the surgeon said he ever seen, IF he had caught it (my explanations were identical to retinal tearing) I would be able to see out of it today. I've fallen so many times because I have no depths perception I keep an inflamed eye since surgeries (3) and always in pain. I wouldn't let him operate on dogs at an animal shelter!!!

My experience with Dr. Bostrom was exceptional. He is a five star plus Ophthalmologist. I had bilateral laser dropless cataract surgery. The overall experience was amazing. My vision is now 20/20 without the use of any glasses or contacts.

Horrible establishment. Ridiculous hassle- they messed up the order for my glasses then argued to me saying it was correct when they made a key error. Low quality glasses.. Ridiculous over priced glasses. The pair I had before I came in I bought online, and talked to them about buying online from a different company and they said it was better to buy theirs. I will continue to drag the name of this company through the mud to anyone I talk to about it...
