My parents are both in their late 80's.. Dr. Pennebaker and his team have provided outstanding care to both of them for many years. I am certain that the regular care that they receive from Dr. Pennebaker has contributed significantly to their long life and health.

I used him for several years, until I found out he had let me go into multiple surgeries after failing 2 heart tests. Thank goodness the next surgeon (orthopedic surgeon) caught the discrepancy and immediately referred me to a cardiologist, who did an emergency heart stent! The Cardiologist informed me that I had a widow maker with a 75% blockage and probably wouldn’t have survived the surgery that Pennebaker had previously cleared me for. This in my opinion was beyond reckless, and when I confronted him about it, he yelled at me and my husband. I cannot stress enough that I would not recommend him, unless you like a rude and incompetent doctor.

My husband has never missed an appointment. He missed one appointment due to familial reasons and this doctor proceeded to give him a lecture about how he’s affecting their pay, dismissed the pains my husband is feeling, refused to do the x-ray my husband requested and would be paying for, and went on GOOGLE to pull a list of things to avoid for him as if we couldn’t have googled random things at home. If I could give 0 I would. Completely unprofessional and makes it clear he is in this for the money and not to actually help the people who see him.
