I feel very confident with Dr. Alderson as my cardiologist. He explains tests so that I understand what he's talking about and he listens with sincerity.

Dr. Alderson is a poor excuse for a doctor and very unprofessional. Dr. Alderson and his staff force their elderly patients with breathing issues such as COPD to cover their mouth and nose so as to impair their breathing even more. My elderly relative was having a hard time breathing and pulled her mask down under her nose, was told she had to pull it back up, when I commented on the fact that she couldn't breath properly I was told " It doesnt matter she still has to cover her face". If Dr. Alderson cared about his patients he wouldnt refuse to see a patient because they have breathing issues and have a hard time keeping a mask over their mouth and nose at all times. He is arrogant and seems to enjoy the fact that he can force a frightened elderly person to suffer with breathing just to have the chance to speak with him for 3 minutes. He obviously isn't very well versed in any medical subject if he will act in this manner. Pathetic and disgusting describes Dr. Alderson and his staff.

Dr. Alderson is a friendly and pleasant physician. His laid-back attitude makes his office visits easy to do. He seems to care about his patient (me) and offers good advice on self-care. So far, I have not had any major heart issues but visit the doctor once a year as I advance in age.

I have seen several cardiologist and Dr Alderson is way above the others in every category. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I trust Dr Alderson and he always takes his time to explain results of test. He always has a smile and shows true compassion for his patient's. I couldn't ask for a more knowledgeable and caring Doctor !!

It takes several weeks to get an appointment, he consistently runs 30-45 minutes behind schedule, he will not give you test results over the phone you have to make an appointment and come into the office. Each time I have seen him, I leave the office thinking I need to find another heart doctor. I keep going back only because his office is close and easy to get to.
