I saw Dr Gamage in the Urgent Care and she was able to identify I had a Pulmonary Embolis based on my story and the fact my HR was 110. My primary doc missed it the day before.

Poor excuse for a doctor, lacking in any compassion and treated me as though I was lucky she was giving me the time of day. What she claimed was just a pulled muscle in my back has been diagnosed by a specialist as spinal compression. Now we just have to find out what is causing the spinal compression.
