Was told front desk would print me out a number for the DMV. When I got to front desk they said it would be a couple min. 15 min later I was asked by the same front desk lady (bigger girl) if I was waiting for someone or did I have an appointment. Then when I told her I was waiting on the DMV slip she said she would.print out for me she passed me of to the other front desk worker (black younger lady) and was told it would be a couple more min. Then 5-10 min later I was still waiting on my slip. All the while they were talking to eachother and laughing while younger black girl was checking on her kids in next room. I got up and left without getting my slip printed.

We go here every year for our annual vision checkup. We have had the very best care. The front staff are warm welcoming and helpful. The doctors and their team the same. The quality of the exams are exceptional. Our Dr Elliott is the best. He takes the time to explain and educate. Reviewing any issues and making a plan if needed. He is positive and honest . Not only is this part of Carolina Eye care quite exceptional but the network of doctors in other areas. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately my prescription wasn’t working for me, I have been going there for over ten years, I called to get a recheck, they told me they couldn’t see me for three days , I told them I was having a hard time seeing, this was causing me great discomfort. The day before my appointment they called to tell me they were short staffed and couldn’t see me for five more days! I asked to see another doctor and they told me this didn’t fit their recheck policy, I can read street signs, my head is killing me and they could care less! After being rude and going by the office they agreed to see me the next day, I promised them I will never be back!
