Great service from people who care. I was a bit early, so they took me in early. I can't remember the last time that happened at a doctor's office! Everyone was really nice, and Doctor Appleby was great at explaining things. I'll be going back there.

In 2018 Dr Appleby with the Cardio Vascular Center found that I had been living with a papalateal aneurism in my knee for several years Dr Appleby and his team quickly diagnosed and performed surgery to remove and replace a draft to cure me. If not for thier fast and professional response the aneurysm would have ruptured ending my life. Dr Appleby and his team saved my life and for that I am eternally grateful. May God Bless such wonderful people. ❤️❤️❤️

I was seen today @ the North Charleston location of Coastal Vascular & Vein. The office and medical staff were courteous & helpful. I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Olin the PA. I was seen for sclerotherapy, which can be uncomfortable, but his technique = painless. He was not only accommodating of my schedule, but was a good listener as well. I’m so appreciate of my care today!! Thanks to the team @ CVV

Was very impressed on the 1st visit and when the varicose vein stripping was done by Dr. Keefer. Had high hopes and was told with confidence by DR.Keefer that the injections for spider veins on both legs would result in a big change for the better and my legs would look really nice.. Not covered by insurance..I paid $500.00 for the procedure..went back for FU visit..results were not great.. Dr.felt second treatment would definitely have great results..DR.Keefer told me there would be NO CHARGE. round 2 done..results still not satisfactory..was charged $200.00..will never go back or recommend to anyone..

Olin was awesome! My grandma came in with a possible blood clot and he was great at explaining what actually was going on. Our family was grateful for his kind demeanor and knowledge when explaining her condition. Thank you to Olin and Coastal Vascular and Vein!

Wouldn’t take my dog to these people, longino and keefer I left off the Dr monicker cos they’re not worthy they lied to me and probably cost me my job

My mom who is 91 had to have surgery on her carotid artery which was 90% blocked. Dr Appleby did an excellent job on her and she is doing well. His staff is also very helpful, kind and supportive. We were very happy with them all from the reception desk to all who saw after her in the examine room.
