I feel compelled to write my second review of Dr. David Arcella. Since seeing him for a very successful trial spinal stimulator he has gone above and beyond to offer me advice in sorting out options. I am extremely impressed with his care and so glad he’s on my team

I am so impressed by Dr. Arcella who is a physician of his word. He works in a professional collaborative and flexible way to ensure that as a patient you have a complete understanding of how he can help. Although I have had a top notch medical team over the last 7 years they hit a wall in solving for severe chronic pain resulting from a complex womans case. My condition is not widely understood and is very hard to treat even when the most qualified doctors are on board. Adding Dr. Arcella to my medical team was the best decision I have ever made. From the moment my husband and I met Dr. Arcella we knew his positive energy enthusiasm and fearless interest in helping his patients was just what we needed. Dr Arcella is a doctor that has loads of info concerning pain. One of the most helpful doctors to help me understand the results you should get from meds shots or patches. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He is fabulous I was headed out of town for Thanksgiving and cringing at the long ride because of my back issues. He worked me in gave me an injection and told me to have fun I sure did Thank you Dr. A.

I wish more doctors were like Dr Arcella. He is kind caring and listens to his patients. He does not rush you through your appointment and shows great compassion for his patients that have chronic pain.

I would greatly recommend Dr Arcella to anyone with chronic pain. He listens to you and talks with you regarding your issues and treatment. He describes it in layman’s term so that you can understand. All of the staff are very kind and helpful. I am so grateful I found Trident Pain Center.

I was late to my appointment but Dr Arcella worked me in quickly and gave me injections that had not been planned for that day. As I was going out of town the next day driving for 8 hours I much appreciated the relief the injections provided. Dr A went above and beyond for me. And this was the first time I had met him. Is the best combination of expertise and knowledge and personable able and willing to take the time to explain options to listen and to make recommendations.

Very caring thoughtful but most of all he listens. He explained everything to me concerning my condition. I have had injections twice and have gotten along really well after the injection. He’s the the doctor to ask for
