I’ve been dealing with some undiagnosed issues for several months now, seeing different specialists left and right. It wasn’t until my visit here that any actual care was put into my treatment. I can’t say enough good things about my visit. I’m still sick, and still trying to find answers, but I’m closer to a tangible answer because my concerns were heard. I do have excellent insurance, but unable to get into primary care until 2024, which is absurd. The out of pocket cost was well worth it. All prices were clear and up front. Everyone was genuinely interested in my care, and that compassion truly goes a long way when you are sick and scared.

The staff at West Ashley was friendly, caring and compassionate during a medical event that I experienced. They explained their diagnosis thoroughly and recommended next steps for me regarding a specialist that I needed to see. They had a genuine care for my well-being.

Very upset I wasted my time with this practice. I have a severe sinus infection or something very similar and every over the counter or natural remedy she suggested I have tried for multiple days. I am unable to be upright with a new baby, and the doctor said yes it's fine just to be confined to my bed. Too bad that's impossible. Going elsewhere, total waste of time and money- will never use this practice again.

I've been to Holy City Med several times in the past few years. Alway excellent experience. Samara took my blood at today's visit and I felt no pain.

Just left my appointment and went straight to post a review. This was my second time visiting Holy City Med, and I’m so grateful they exist. Each person I interacted with was kind, nonjudgmental, and efficient.

My doctor retired, so I figured I would try them. Bought the $75 a month for three months. They never asked for my previous records. I even tried to show Dr. Rhoads my records and previous medication. He was not interested in seeing them at all. Every Rx he tried to give me, I have tried with my old Dr. If he had looked at my records and what Rx I've tried, and the ones I was currently on, he wouldn't have wasted my time and money. Rhodes said he wrote me a Rx for anxiety but i never received the Rx and when i tried to show him he didn't care and never tried to fix it. Also, he left the room and said he would be right back. Then a nurse came in and said I was done and could go. Got a call back from them asking why I left but told me just to come back the next week. The staff and PA were pleasant. But I didn't feel like Rhodes wanted to help me. Please feel free to contact me if you would like more info. I'm very disappointed with the level of care. Edit: They said they would get a hold of me to discuss the issue. Still haven't heard from them.
