James Martin's Online Review Report Card

Dr James T. Martin Jr. and his staff saved and changed my quality of life. I am so thankful. I am convinced that sometimes angels swap out their wings for a scalpel and scrubs.

He wants to do surgery and make money unnecessarily.

He has plenty of experience so that should lift some anxiety but he lacks empathy, or the time to make you as a patient feel heard or seen. He’s in and out and on to the next and doesn’t want to be bothered. Most importantly tho.. start a poll.. ask any women who gave birth through Martin, I’d bet over 80% had surgery. As a patient, you won’t have anything explained or know what or why he’s telling you you have to do surgery, you won’t even be confident he knows who you are after 9months and shame on me for putting my first pregnancy faith in this man. He’s prob performed thousands and thousands of c sections so yea, I’d prob prefer him to do it again but I won’t. If you’re pregnant and reading this, and you want to naturally birth your baby, you need to visit any other dr office in the world. The chances are high there will be some reason you can’t do that through Martin.

Please do not go there! They pin services that were not provided by them charging for days when they don’t serve you, I was literally kicked out of the office because I didn’t want to deliver a baby in their location they were servicing... doctor literally stood at the door and told me to leave even tho I was going there for 4 months! They knew I was delivering in a different hospital! Laurie the nurse or whatever she is asked me if I wanted to take dna test I didn’t want it but she said it would be free... you see how free it was!!! they also were making me sign documents saying I’ll be with them till the end with someone else’s ssn number!!!! Unprofessional and rude...I’ll make sure I’ll post it everywhere so people know

I was told wrong information that caused me having higher then usual medical bills for stuff i didnt want. Unless you are very rich avoid this place

Terrible service and a liars!!! Because of a doctors ooops suggestion I have a $600 dollar bill to pay!!! Do not trust anything they say or better do not go there!!!

If only I could give minus 10 ... I was kicked out as they say I wasn’t but I was since I wasn’t delivering where they wanted me to and they knew where I wanted to deliver the whole time!!! Lied about amounts for tests and now I’m thousands in with insurance... they are all liars and I will not stop commenting to save you ladies from thief’s!!!! They are exact that office that will take a last dollar ...

I was going there for 4 months got pretty much kicked out for not wanting to deliver at the location they were serving at... they are after your money only and not a care in the world telling people some tests are free and later you will be slapped with 600$ bill because oops they made a mistake! When I told the doctor I had uti he told me to rinse it with baking soda.... no pills no suggestions just awful experience

Cant recommand this practice enough! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing PA Martha Greene a few times and she is wonderful. So extremely kind, caring and really makes you feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and makes sures to follow up. Nurses and officer staff are also super friendly!! Very easy to get an appointment. Thank you for all your great work!

Would of left 0 stars! I'm so disappointed on their attention to customer service. I've been coming here for over 4 years already to get seen and Martha is lovely. But the front office staff is rude. I called the other day to make an appointment for my self and my sister. My sister and I don't have a SSN since we are not citizens. We only have Tax Id number( which we get when you are not a citizen for tax purposes) they asked her for a ssn and she said she didnt have one only a tax id. They told her she couldn't get seen with out a ssn. I talked to them and said I have been getting seen for years with a tax Id number and they never said anything. We are self paid so we always pay before getting seen. I don't understand the policy they have which I think its pretty stupid and makes no sense. If we pay before we get seen what is the problem? They don't even do that at the hospital or a bank. For many years I recommended a lot of people to go there. I'm so disappointed. They didn't even cared I preferred them over so many options for so long.
