John Schnorr's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Schnorr is completely 100% unprofessional! He accused us of being in the wrong for questioning why we had been waiting over 30 minutes past our appointment time. Mind you this is the first time we have met him, the day of an IUI. He says he wants everyone to be comfortable yet he cannot help but be a hypocrite and make us extremely uncomfortable. He added stress to a big and already stressful day. No issues with the procedure or his explanations. However, I would greatly recommend any of the others doctors in the clinic over him due to his unprofessional and off putting nature.

Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients! Dr. Schnorr complained about us complaining about being kept in the dark for nearly an hour past our appointment time! Added stress himself to an already stressful situation. First time being introduced to him was the day of a procedure. Unless you want added stress and being made to feel like you’re wrong, stay away!! His clinic is full of generally friendly people but they cannot keep appointment times and lack communication skills to let patients know.

Dr. Schnorr is the best doctor I have ever had. Even thought I'm pregnant, I'm sad to be graduating to my OBGYN for care. He was very friendly and personable willing to answer our questions at any time. He listened to our every concern and explained our situation with sensitivity and acted like we were the only people he would see that day. We will be forever grateful for what he has done to help us have a family!

IF YOU HAVE ENDOMETRIOSIS—OR THINK YOU COULD HAVE IT—PLEASE READ THIS! My wife has battled endometriosis for 5 years and has had two surgeries in an attempt to treat it. We were referred to Dr. Schnorr by one of his associates because he was supposed to be THE AUTHORITY on the disease. When we went into his office, Dr. Schnorr was accompanied by a resident doctor who was sitting in to observe. He began to talk with us, going over the details of the female reproductive system. After allowing him to go on for a few minutes, my wife explained that we weren’t there because we were trying to get pregnant. He looked surprised and said, “I’m sorry, can you tell me why you’re here?” Once he did realize why we were there, he admitted that he did not consider himself to be an expert on endometriosis but was rather a fertility specialist. I think this man is probably a great fertility specialist. But when it comes to endometriosis, you’d probably get better off getting medical advice from Google

Dr. Schnorr and Jessica are amazing!! It's so nice to go to a Dr. office and be treated like an actual person not a number!

I had unsuccessful treatment with another doctor and was amazed by Dr. Schnorr and his staff. Dr. Schnorr felt that by using more medications he could make the eggs stronger and could still prevent me from getting sick from the medications. He was right. I am now pregnant with a one embryo transfer and have 9 embryos frozen! He's amazing.

Dr. Schnorr has been a great physician. We felt comfortable with Dr. Schnorr from day one as he made sure I understood what the next steps were. I really appreciate his honesty and how he handled our situation. I'm amazed how well he remembers the smallest details of my history and care. I highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Schnorr is a very compassionate doctor who provides a level of service unmatched. He is able to provide me with all the detailed information I need to make decisions. Further, we have had more success with Dr. Schnorr's practice than previous Fertility practices and I believe it is in large part due to Dr. Schnorr's commitment to his patients. I just had the best Christmas of my life with my "little man" thanks to Dr. Schnorr! We couldn't be more grateful.

Although I appreciate that many people have been helped at this clinic, Dr. Schnorr is in it for himself and his ego, not the patient. My husband had a vasectomy years ago but they were able to retrieve sperm for what should have been a relatively easy fix. We went through multiple IUI cycles and then 2 IVF cycles before giving up. We had spent so much money and each time the response to not being pregnant was more and more smug as if we were doing something wrong. He would say, oh well, we'll try again, and suggest another round of the same, over and over, thousands and thousands of dollars. He and his nurse actually became condescending after awhile when we would ask questions, as if we didn't have a right to ask. After one appointment where we found out we were not pregnant, again, they actually stopped us from leaving to pay a balance of just a couple hundred dollars. Really? We had spent tens of thousands of dollars, I am in tears but, wait you cant leave without paying the two hundred dollars. We were done and glad to never go back. Thank fully we have a little girl now with the help of another clinic.

Dr. Schnoor is outstanding! His teaching method was formatted in a way that both myself and husband could understand. The visual tools were very helpful. He is very courteous and professional. He eased my anxieties almost immediately!
