I moved to Little Rock and needed to go for a 6 month check up. I have never had a cavity, but when I went in for a checkup immediately I had 2 cavities. Now keep in mind 6 months prior I didn't have a cavity so it shouldn't have been that bad. She filled a deep cavity and caused my teeth to crack. I will not recommend her to anyone. I now go to a dentist in Conway and haven't had a cavity since. It has been 6 years. I had to get thousands of work done to correct what she has broke.

Dr. Thompson's mistake during a root canal caused me to lose my front tooth at age 20. The experience was horrible from beginning to end. The antibiotics she prescribed made me sick, so she told me not to take them, but when I arrived, her assistant told me that the procedure would likely be very painful and that it was my fault. I unfortunately agreed to go through with it, and she made some sort of mistake with the drill that she never fully explained. I had to go to another dentist and pay 1000's of dollars for a bridge that looks nothing like my original teeth. The root canal was needed because of bad work by an orthodontist she recommended. Do not go to this dentist if you value your teeth.

My four year old went in to get her teeth cleaned and got a little scared. She yelled at her and told her if she didnt quit that she would make mom have to leave the room. I was so angry and will not be back to see her.
