Dr Holdgate is an excellent doctor. He is compassionate and understanding acknowledging concerns of the patient and possibilities for future arthritic remedies. I would highly recommend him to friends and family members.

This is one of the friendliest practices I have ever been seen by. The doctors PAs are wonderful the nurses are exceptional and the receptionists are so friendly and helpful They really do care about your health

I haven’t seen a rheumatologist in a long time. When I saw Dr. Holdgate he listened to me and made me feel like I had hope in dealing with my medical issues. PA Hallie was awesome also along with all of the other staff. Highly recommend LCR.

I would recommend Low Country Rheumatology to anyone that needs help.Everyone is friendly and helpful and the doctor is awesomeDR. NIEMER takes the time and explains whats going on and what treatment to start with. He doesnt rush he makes sure you understand and answer all of your questions. You cant go wrong coming here and if you need to talk call and I promise a friendly person will help you

We have been attending low country dermatology for I’ve o e year with Dr Greg Niemer. The front office personel are great very courteous and fast and ver helpful. Dr Niemer is a great doctor I had visited over 4 doctors before I visited Dr Niemer and they could not find what I had. In my first visit with Dr Niemer he found out what my problem was and now I feel very good again . Best Doctor as far as I am concerned.

I have been going here for years the staff and doctors are the best .They always take excellent care of your needs space appointments out where your not waiting long and treat you like your their family.i would give them 10 stars if possible. I wouldnt trade them for a silver nickle.
