Lucy Davis's Online Review Report Card

I went in for my annual visit, which is supposed to be free of charge, as for everyone. However, because I happened to bring up some dizziness that I had experienced 2 months prior and was no longer very concerned about, she decided to to charge me for a regular visit without notifying me (until I got the bill a month later). I would have really appreciate if she had warned me that this was not a regular visit and that I would incur unexpected fees. If I had known, I never would have brought up the dizziness. This just added insult to injury considering that I waited over an hour to see Dr. Davis. She didn't bother to apologize for the ridiculously long wait and rushed through my appointment, not giving me a pap smear/pelvic exam or breast exam, as I have always received during previous well visits with different GPs. However, she seemed like a competent doctor and was quite personable, and I enjoyed her as a person. But I won't be going back to this practice for the above reasons.

I have been going here for years and called to make sick appointment today and they said they could no longer see me because I had been to one of their other locations. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. No one told me that if I saw another doctor at one of THEIR locations that I couldnt come back. Makes absolutely no sense. Very unprofessional. Ill be finding a new primary care physician.

I called in November to schedule a yearly physical with Dr. Davis and was able to get an appointment in January at there earliest. I was told to come in at least 5 days prior to do Labs. When I showed up they said Labs were not ordered and they will do that on the day of my appointment. I showed up to my appointment 15 mins early it was 30 mins of waiting I went to ask what the hold up was. I was told she was running behind and there is still one person in front of me. Another 20 mins pass and I go back to the front and tell them I want to reschedule because I havent eaten and it is now 1220 the reception asks if I was getting blood drawn because the lab closes at 12 Our family will not be going back this was ridiculous.

Ive been going here for years. The whole team is great Ive never had a bad experience they are always responsive and take the time to answer any questions I have. Most times I have an appointment I dont wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen... on occasion the office is really busy and with that the wait times are slightly longer... Regardless I think the team does a wonderful job and they deserve recognition for their efforts. So I just want to say Thank you and you guys rock

I can't really even comment on Dr. Davis because in 3 years of being a patient, I've only had the luxury of seeing her once. Every other time I've asked, she has been unavailable or "too busy." That being said, this office is horrible. The staff is short and rude, they are always in a hurry, and the number of billing issues I've had is embarrassing. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Davis.

I dont know what has changed here but my recent experiences have been some of the worst interactions Ive ever had with a medical facility in my life. I cant even get a prescription refilled properly. Even one prescribed by them that I have been taking for years. Im changing doctors. Have them a 1 star because I cannot hold any lower.

Dr. Davis and the entire staff has always been wonderful and attentive. I have never had a bad experience and am so grateful for the whole crew.

Loved the fact that my motherinlaw is bound to a wheelchair and oxygen and the office is on the second floor and the elevator doesnt work. Dont put your office on the second floor if you only have 1 elevator

I have been attending this practice for at least 8 years. Dr.. Davis and her staff work very hard to be able to spend time with each patient. Those of you that can stand to wait for 15 maybe 20 minutes till your seen is normal.I will admit sometimes there are delays. Think to yourself the Dr. Maybe she is with a complex patient Dr.s PAs NPs right down to the front office staff and manager. Some new faces and things have been running smoothly. So you people that expect to be seen right away and only go to the Dr. once a year..maybe never...try living through a massive Widowmaker Heart at 33 yrs old and in the heart failure and transplant clinic. These are support network from all their staff Drs PAs. Lastly Folks Take on your own health and your health will take care of you
