Unprofessional doctors, no manners and utterly rude. 😒
I called to make an appointment & the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and unaccommodating to me. Her name was Tenaya. She wouldn't help me because I could not remember something. Even though she could have. Although I told her I could have confirmed who I am with other info. She would not let me and rushed me off the phone & did not help me change my appointment date. The lady who I spoke with earlier gave me an appointment date for the day I said I couldn't do it. I went to put it on my calendar, realized it & called back to make it for another day. The first lady was kind of rude as well. She realized it, apologized & I accepted the apology. Thanks for nothing Tenaya. I probably won't even go here now because of her. This is not Michael by the way just his account.
Dr Tammam Alanazi has been one of the worst providers to work with. 0/10 recommend
I feel like as a patient I was disrespected because my appointment was at 11:20 and I have not been seen yet. I will still there until until 12 o’clock and I was told that they were backed up so I canceled my appointment and I will not be returning as a patient
If you want to pay over $150 for a simple skin freeze, this is the place for you
This did not provide exceptional care and their communication was horrible . Discharge instructions were a joke! Plus one morning my daughter had not rcvd her breakfast by 930 am and she has placed it as early as possible as she needed food to take her meds! They offered her crackers! She chokes on crackers! But her nurse sure made sure she got her own breakfast as was seen by the patient! Being a nurse myself , I can't tell you how many time myself or a fellow nurse would go buy our patient food so they could eat! At the very least the could have boxed cereals or pop tarts on the floor for patients. There is more but it would require a book.
Needed to make an appointment for my son’s eczema as it has gotten worse and there was a 6 month wait despite the fact that it was an emergency and no one offered to add him to a waiting listing AT MINIMUM in case something opened up. After I expressed my concerns of having to wait so long I was just told “ok have a nice day” they literally don’t care about the patients.
I had a really good experience with Katie Wehlage MD. She made me feel understood and listened to, with all my concerns and questions! Thank you!
On October 9, 2021 I had reconstructive surgery at MUSC; November 1, 2021 I saw my physician's PA who removed my surgical drains - my doctor was not able to see me at that time because of an emergency. I was told that I needed to see my surgeon for a follow up visit in order to be released from his care. The FIRST appointment I could get was February 3, 2022. I kept that appointment and was advised that I should get an ultrasound of the surgical area because of persistent swelling. I may be simple minded but that advise (which I took) seemed to me that I actually had not been discharged as a surgical patient and that pending on my ultrasound I may require additional surgical intervention at a later date this year. All was fine, I was very satisfied with my results and care and I assumed that I might need to see my surgeon again at some future date. THEN I received a bill for $163 from MUSC because according to their coding method I had only seen the surgeon in February as a non surgical patient not a patient there for a surgical follow up with her surgeon. Despite my many calls and messages between me, the surgeon's PA and MUSC billing I received another EOB denying my claim by Medicare and BC/BS. BUYER BEWARE -BE SURE TO GET IN WRITING THAT A POST SURGICAL VISIT WITH YOUR SURGEON IS INCLUDED IN YOUR CARE!!!!
Administratively, they are horrible to deal with.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
