Incompetent staff. Impossible to get records from without a huge struggle. Medical staff need to remember they are working with people who are other people’s entire world; your patients are not just numbers and dollar signs.

I used to love this practice.. but after being gone for some time, my needs are not being met and the policies are shit and don't make sense. I am completely leaving this practice because this is bullshit.. how the fuck am I supposed to get my ears cleaned out during a goddamn telehealth visit, or how the fuck am I diabetic when my levels are normal, or even my cholesterol is in the 300s but they don't care and even told me to loose 200lbs when thats not my weight loss plan. Fucking bullshit is what these people are.

Got at the Urgent care center at 9 AM this morning and sat there until 10 AM. Just having labs drawn. Very poor customer service. No one explained what was taking so long and did not seem to care. Finally a lady before me got up and asked if something was going on, because she has never had to wait over an hour just for labs. They sent one of the girls at the front desk to check and she came back and just said there are five more people ahead of you. In the meantime one of the patients that had gone back, came walking in the waiting area and bled all over the floor in many places. No one seem to care about that either. A woman that worked there in the office, that was on vacation, brought her elderly mother in to have labs done long after I had already been there and she walks straight back and her mother had her labs done. I will never, ever go back to this place! All that waiting and I still did not get my labs done. I left and went to my doctor’s office and had my labs done. There is nothing urgent about this place. I suggest you go and have your labs done anywhere other than this Urgent care location.

SLOW!! If you can get labs done elsewhere, do so. Sat for an hour and 20 minutes waiting to get called back for a 5 minute blood draw. No sense of urgency or efficiency was evident amongst any of the personnel in the Lab. Supervisor just sitting in her office. Came here because of driving distance, never again. I'll drive all over the Lowcountry before suffering this location again!

Check in at 3:15 and it is now 5:10 and still no sign of a doctor. Please don't waste your time. You will die before being seen by a physician. Update it's 5:45 and still no doctor.

5/22/21. Cannot see a doctor. I realize everybody’s being very cautious now but it’s almost 90° out here.I’ve been sitting outside for almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to call me and then they’ll decide I guess, if they’re going to see me. How on earth can they listen to your lungs, check your blood work, take your temperature or any of those things if they don’t even see you? These telehealth visits are not always a good thing. Please bear in mind I was seen here 2 years ago with the same symptoms and was diagnosed with probable pneumonia. I was treated with antibiotics and recovered within 2 weeks.Update. 6/1/21 I ended up waiting for over and hour and a half before they called me. Was prescribed a cough med with antihistamine.They never listened to my lungs, did x-rays not even took my temperature. Didn’t even let me back in the building.On Monday 5/24/21 I went to NasonCare and asked if I could see a doctor. Within 10 minutes I was was being thoroughly checked over. Temp, blood pressure, oxygen level, etc etc. Steroid shot given to help calm the inflammation in the lungs, 3 chest x-rays and was given an antibiotic and a 5 day course of steroids.They were professional, kind and truly concerned with my well-being.What a huge difference in the way I was treated on Saturday the 22nd.I called my insurance provider and told them that I really think they should not pay the bill that they are going to get from Palmetto primary care because nothing was done for me at all. I have absolutely no use for them and I will never go back again

Very efficient and fast. The staff was very attentive and i was in and out in less than an hour.

The quality of their care has steadily been declining over the years. After this visit it’s safe to say I won’t be back. There were times the doctor didn’t seem to comprehend what I was telling him. He repeatedly asked the same questions. They seemed to have a communication problem. Why did the doctor ask ME if they sent my urine for a culture? After the urine test, he came in to tell me I do not have a UTI and says he will refer me to an OBGYN... Oops, just kidding! He was somehow looking at the wrong test results. I was nearly sent home with the wrong results and no treatment for an infection that has been causing me pain for weeks.
