Thanks for accepting my insurance telling us were good to go PRIOR to us ever making appointments then sending us a nearly $2K bill for blood work and physicals. After I spent months disputing the charges the bills get pushed to collections outside the knowledge of Affinity Healthcare that payments are processed through. I liked the Doctor but for the Staff to tell me that it was a misunderstanding and now I had to pay was insane. Word to the wise they will tell you that you are covered but call for yourself. Verifying in person at their office wasnt good enough.

Not a fan of this location. Been making payments and they still send me to collections. Ridiculous Will be giving bad reviews for this location from here on out. DO NOT GO HERE. You will regret it

I got a great vibe all the way around from this primary care physicians location Dr. Teachman seemed to really listen to my needs and took the time to care This was my first visit and I go back in a week for a follow up so hopefully we can come up with some answers as to my next move to make me feel better The receptionists were very nice to me. And the lady who took my blood was very nice and gentle as well. I didn’t catch her name as I was very tired

Ive been a patient at Palmetto Primary Care for about a year and a half and I cant say enough good things about Dr. Teachman and most of the staff there. He has AMAZING bedside manner and is always kind. He takes the time to listen to any concerns or questions I have. And Brittany is wonderful as well Shes probably the only person who can get a vein on me the first time every time. Shes always a pleasure to be around. The only reason I gave 3 stars and not 5 is because of an encounter I had recently with the the girl at the front windowcheckout area. On the day of my appointment recently it was raining terribly so I called to reschedule my appointment because I dont drive in the rain because I was involved in a horrific accident a few years back while driving in the rain. But when I explained that that was the reason for my same day cancellation she told me that she had to drive all the way from Summerville and she was just fine so I should just come on to the appointment. I sort of laughed it off and again told her that I needed to come another day when it wasnt raining. She tried again to convince me that I needed to just get up and come on and I protested once again. She finally agreed to reschedule me for another day but her tone of voice and attitude wasnt consistent with someone who has to work with the public on a regular basis especially at a doctors office. The rest of the call was she sounded short and very unpleasant. I didnt write the review then because I thought everyone has bad days and let it go. But after I went in for the appointment and heard her tone with another patient at the window who didnt have the right insurance card with her and the rude response I got when I called back the next morning because I left my food journal in the exam room I decided not to let it go. I really hope she gets some additional training on how to talk to people or they give her a job where she doesnt have to interact with the public anymore. Its a shame to have someone up front representing your business with a nasty attitude and tone of voice when you have such a wonderful practice otherwise.

I am a physician and I was thrilled with Dr. Teachmans care. I felt like he listened not just because I am a collegue and addressed all issues appropriately.

Great doctor Has helped me out a bunch. Thank you Dr. Teachman.

I wouldnt even have given them one star They are by far the worst doctors ever Saying theyre horrible is being nice...I didnt think I was going to see a psychiatrist but a doctor Please dont even bother There are great doctors out there but they are not here

Best doctor ever been going to him over 12 years and highly recommend He is super nice takes his time to talk no matter if he is busy he never rushes great listener gives great advice .love his staff .Amy is fantastic the nurses .You gotta love a doctor that cares about his patients .
