I had an appointment with this doctor yesterday at 3:15 PM. I checked in at 3:05 PM. I waited until 4:40 PM and I still was not called in. Finally I canceled my appointment and requested a transfer to another doctor in the same office. Obviously Dr. Kupferman does not appreciate his patients and he does not value their time! I am giving him 1 star because there is no option to give him 0 !

Total shoulder replacement performed by D. Kupferman. Post-ok went very well. The doctor has a great personality. I am so thankful for his expertise that has given me pain relief. The pain w had taken over my life. Dr. Kupferman 's surgery has given life back to me. Thank you Dr. Kupferman.

after a two hour wait Kupferman walked in glanced at the x-ray Then did a 30 Second exam on my knee and while walking out the door with his back turned to me said you have bone on bone and I will send my scheduling assistant in total of three minutes in the examination room Was not explain anything and never got a chance ask a question No longer my MD

I have since found that this is happening to other people I know

Dr.. Kupferman replaced both of my knees. I was treated kindly, professionally with expert knowledge. My last replacement was better than the first. I was up and walking without a walker or can in five days. Very please with results, but most of all Dr. Kupferman mad me feel like a queen. I thought I was the only one he treated that way, but no, everyone says the same thing.

He did the impossible when he repaired my husband's badly torn rotator cuff. He's an excellent surgeon, an expert in his field, and he treated me with respect, giving me clear info about my husband's condition without being either condescending, cryptic, and/or arrogant (as so my doctors are). He's a no nonsense, straightforward person who clearly cares about the well-being of his patients and their loved ones. He's one of the good ones who actually went into medicine because he wants to help people.
