Thomas A. Duc's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Duc is a rare find. He is of the ‘old school’ ways. He takes the time to listen clarify what exactly is going on w you. He also makes it a point to know his patients. His knowledge in his field is unmatched by any physician with whom I’ve ever interacted. If a treatment doesn’t quite work he will search until he finds one that does. He truly cares about his patients health and well being and he also takes that extra time and effort to know you as a person. He’s great. You cannot go wrong by giving him a try.

I have been seeing Dr. Duc for almost twenty years for chronic back pain that they can not do surgery on. He has been a life saver changing therapies as things got worse and working with me for five years when I had no insurance. No that I have insurance again he and his staff especially Terry have worked very hard to get approval from the insurance company to get the proper therapy that will help. He has taken me from a bed ridden person to someone who can live and he is agmenting therapy still

Dr. Duc is one of the best and most caring doctors by whom I have been treated. He listens carefully and doesnt just stare at his computer the way most doctors do these days. He really and I mean really wants to help and is so happy for you when he can. I have just started seeing him and he ordered a test all of my other doctors discouraged and it just might have finally turned up some answers to a horrible year of pain. I am hopeful for the first time in a long time. Staff is also incredible.

Awesome Located the source of pain and appropriate action to alleviate the pain. Know many of his patients from over the years and would highly recommend Dr. Duc. Down to earth skilled and knowledgeable. If you want results this is the man to see.

Bad experience with this pain doctor Do NOT recommend. He was very rude and unethical to say the least I honestly dont know how he is still in practice. Bashed my insurance...said it was crp. His very words . Actually I have very good insurance and seems to me if this practice does not like filing claims to this insurance....then why do they accept it? He is listed as a physician who is on the innetwork list of providers for my insurance. Yes steer VERY clear as one other reviewer wrote. Seems Im not the only patient who has encountered the noncompassionate and unprofessional actions of this doctor and practice. Not sure why he considers himself as pain management. The only thing he managed to do was cause MORE pain and stress. Such a shame that people who are truly in chronic severe pain cannot trust true care and respect from a doctor who professes to treat pain Dont waste your time or money

this one said to my face that he is only treating me as a favor for another doctor. it seems to me he thinks im lying to him about my pain. his receptionist never smiles nor speaks in a friendly tone to me. had to call back three days after leaving message since no return call was made to me. unfortunately there are not many pain mngmnt doctors in my area.
