I had back surgery with Dr. Lansford and had some complications almost three months after my surgery and called to get into the office. I left a message and had no call back. I went to the ER because of pain and swelling. I was told to follow up with my doctor. Still a week later no return calls and his nurse would not answer the phone. Dr. Landsford is by far the best ortho Dr He is compassionate and truly understands and cares. He performed ACDF on me and I was nervous going in watching all the you tube and how takes so long to do things well I’ve only needed 2-3 pain pills a day and 1 muscle relaxer and 1 nerve relaxer per day after surgery on day 5 now and swelling is gone no bruising noted he obviously takes care and isn’t rough in surgery I would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of spine help

One of the most compassionate physicians I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with to better my overall health and I have been working in the healthcare industry for 37 years. You can just tell when someone is genuinely concerned about your health. Dr. Lansford spent a long time with me explaining what was going on with my spine, options to help correct my spine and ease my pain and, what to expect in the future as I have a degenerative disease. Dr. Lansford has helped many disabled veterans like me which a lot of other physicians would shy away from, he has my most upmost respect for this action. I would trust Dr. Lansford's care to anyone I know including my close family. PF.

I have returned too Dr. LANSFORD many times. Besides being an excellent doctor, he. Is very caring and will spend as much time with you as is necessary. I trust him completely. He has always made excellent medical decisions for me and with me. I feel he really cares about me.

Dr Lansford is very knowledgeable and explains everything. He is also confident, which I find reassuring of a surgeon who will be operating on my back. I was very happy with the amount of time he spent with me. I noticed some of his reviews concern office staff and not Dr Lansford at all. My review is strictly of Dr Lansford and not office personnel. I would highly recommend Dr Lansford to anyone suffering from moderate to severe back pain. Surgery is to come. If my opinion changes after that, I will post another review.

My surgery with Dr. Lansford was life changing. He did an ALIF at my L-5 S-1 on 11/19. His care and ongoing treatment has been more than I expected. Great guy and always pleasant. I recommend!

I recently requested prescription from his office and I initially dealt with Ms S. The following week when I went to check up on the prescription, a different medical assistant last name O' told me to contact the pharmacy to see if they have my prescription. His message was generic and unclear so i ended up calling both pharmacies. After going back and forth, I requested an update and he sends a correspondence stating " script called in." I hope I never have to deal with Mr. O again. Ms. C is much friendlier, knowledgeable and knows how to greet and send messages/correspondences with clarity. I wish I knew her schedule, that way I can send a refill request via portal with her.
