Tri-County Therapy's Online Review Report Card

Enjoyed the therapist that worked with my son. Giving one star due to the improper manner of how billing was handled. My son had 3 sessions left when our insurance changed. We were not made aware that they no longer accepted our insurance and were told instead of the $35 we were paying we now owed $200. Was caught off guard and felt the person I spoke with was very rude. I also felt it was shady that they requested new paperwork be filled out by us a week after our insuranced changed but again mentioned nothing about it until they called us with a big bill.

Tri County therapy has been wonderful for my son. Kim Hartley is an AMAZING PT! She loves the kids like they are her own and always finds ways to encourage them to make progress in their therapy goals! She is the best of the best and the results she gets speak for themselves!

Ms. Jenny is the best! My son loved seeing her and learning new things!

Ms.Kathryn is such a great therapist for my son. I really feel comfortable with her and so does my son, I’ve seen a lot of progress from him working with her. What I love the most is the great communication she has, keeping me updated through pictures and texts. We absolutely adore her. Thank you so much ms Kathryn!

My son has been with Tri-County for almost 3 years now. He wouldn't be where he is without them. Most recently, Ms Kathryn has gone above and beyond working with him at his daycare. She keeps me in the loop always and even sends pictures.

Tri County therapy is the best program out for therapy. They have helped my son grow so much and I really appreciate the service. Ms. Kathryn keeps me updated after I every session, send pics and sends very detailed summaries. I really admire the drive and desire she has in making sure my son succeeds. He always comes home and talks about Ms. Kathryn and what he did with her that day. Keep up the great work !

Yikes. I'd say you should avoid this place but that'd be an understatement. Don't get me wrong, some of the therapists are fantastic but the management system is flawed to its core. There are plenty of great places to trust with your child, this isn't one.

We had such a great experience with Tri-County Therapy. Our daughter enjoyed learning with Ms. Carolyn. She made it fun and enjoyable, so much so that our daughter always looked forward to her sessions with her. She has progressed so much during her time with Ms. Carolyn and we can tell the difference at home. She would always follow up with how our daughter did that day and give us pointers that we can use at home. I cannot recommend her enough!

We were so fortunate to have had Ms. Hope as our son’s physical therapist. You never want to hear that something is wrong with your child, but Ms. Hope put us at ease. Easton significantly benefited from his weekly PT sessions with her and ALWAYS had fun! Her expertise is unmatched, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was a godsend to our family. We are eternally grateful for Ms. Hope and the impact she had on Easton.

My son was seen by Jess at the West Ashley office for speech for 1.5-2 years. He made such great progress and she is definitely the reason why. My son thought going to his appointments was a ton of fun, and Jess obviously has a great time with her patients. She truly seems to care about her patients, as well as their families. We had such a positive experience with her as a speech therapist and I know my son misses her dearly!
