Dr. Bunting is great The sweet lady that checked me out was great Everyone else was horrible First appt tried calling 3 times to let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late phone went straight to voicemail or it kept ringing. When I finally got a person she informed me if I wasn’t on time my appt would be cancelled and I would be charge $50. First impression shot Then when dr. Bunting ordered an Xray the Xray company never expected the order and the person I spoke at dr. Bunting office said they never knew of the order. Well how is it that it was written at the bottom of my checkout form and the sweet lady who checked me out gave me the information I needed?? I was still told they didn’t get an order for my Xray yet how would I know where to call or how did I get this flyer?? Magic??? I work in the medical field and I know first impressions are the people on the phone and the people checking you in. You have GOT to get better with patient services because we are sick or scared or whatever. The last thing we need is someone being rude to us and not following through with their job If you aren’t happy find another job but don’t get rude with me when you can’t answer the phone drop the ball on your responsibility or give me the run around

Dr. Bunting doesnt have time for his patients. The PAs seem to handle everything in office. I was having problems and the PAs just ignored my complaints. I could have died. After being in ICU I was followed up in his office again by a PA only. Dr. Bunting should be monitoring his patients that have complications. Its not being done.

I love Dr. Bunting and staff. He really listens and makes you feel that he really cares.

Very unprofessional and completely unresponsive. Had office staff read test results over the phone and the test results include several irregularities that require followup with another specialist. Office staff then made a referral to the wrong specialist. Doctor still hasnt returned multiple phone calls to discuss test results. If you think you might require actual treatment from a qualified specialist do not use Dr. Bunting.

I get the impression I’m just a number. The office staff is incompetent also. You send them paperwork and no one knows where they are or what happened to them.

Dr. Bunting is an amazing cardiologist. I was very fortunate to be referred to him. While he is a very busy doctor when you are sitting with him he has your full attention. I wish everyone had the opportunity to have him for their doctor. Every hospital staff member that I mention him too has nothing but praise for him. I share their feelings. My husband and I both go to him.
