My 96 year old Mother got dropped by Dr Giels because she is staying with my sister in Clinton SC. All we asked him to do was give us a second opinion on a echo cardiograpm. She has been a patient for over 5 years. His office manager is rude and very snippy. I am changing docs as well. I have never had anyone talk to me with such a condescending manner.

Billing dept is a mess. I get a bill that stats 120 days past due they tried to reach me several times. They didnt even bill my insurance till 4 days ago They had no idea what to bill me. Letter is complete lie. They sat on it for 5 months then panic and harass me its overdue going back to service date. From the time you bill insurance and then send me a bill is when clock starts. This is the 3rd time exact same situation. Office workers are crabby and billing is a mess.
